Shared Service

REL provides a National Vendor Instore Support service (VIS) for suppliers to Bunnings. Geared to cater for the industries larger suppliers, REL operates a shared service model with small groups of suppliers sharing their own dedicated management team and in field merchandisers.

This model will be duplicated, with additional teams put together to cater for individual client requirements. While the deliverables in store remain the same, the costing model is different to Ausrep's traditional service offering, this reflects the demands that large suppliers may have.
